Abstract: Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, and college graduates are an important subject of employment. Realizing high-quality and full employment for college students is a systematic project that requires multi-faceted collaboration, involving relevant government department policy guidance and support, educational reform in universities, and personal career development. This article aims to analyze the current situation and reasons of the employment among college students in depth, and propose the strategy of establishing a comprehensive linkage mechanism covering the relevant government department, schools, and individuals to promote high-quality and full employment of college graduates.
