Abstract: Currently, there are common problems in innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in universities, such as homogenization of teaching content, singularity of teaching methods, homogenization of learning methods, singularity of evaluation dimensions, and weak teaching staff, which make it difficult to meet the personalized learning needs of students. In this context, Generative Artificial Intelligence (AIGC) empowers innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in universities. By accurately identifying individual differences among students, generating multimodal differentiated teaching resources, innovating teaching methods, assisting students in personalized learning, and accurately evaluating teaching effectiveness, a personalized and intelligent innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system of “accurate identification of needs - dynamic matching of resources - scientific evaluation of effectiveness” has been constructed. This system fully leverages the technological advantages of AIGC, not only enriching teaching resources and methods, but also enhancing the scientific and accurate evaluation of teaching, providing strong technical support for universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents that adapt to social development, and better meeting the demand of society for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
