Research on the Integration of Graduate Education and Production Education Based on the “Research and Demonstration” Science and Technology Academy

Abstract: Graduate education is not only the imparting of academic knowledge, but also an important part of cultivating the future pillars of the country. The number of professional degree graduate students is gradually increasing, but there are certain shortcomings in the current training mode. Starting from the reform of the training system, this article proposes a dual integration training model of graduate education and industry education based on “research and demonstration” science and technology colleges, and explores a new path for graduate education. The aim is to introduce science and technology colleges that deeply integrate science and education with industry education into graduate education, and help achieve the goal of high-quality talent cultivation.
