Abstract: As the core engine driving the high-quality development of the economy and society, new quality productivity has promoted the upgrading of the industrial structure and created many emerging industries. Vocational colleges have the social responsibility and mission of cultivating innovative and compound talents. Therefore, exploring the employment and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has directly affected the development level of new quality productivity. Based on the survey of graduates and counselors of 39 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province, it was found that students have low attention to employment and entrepreneurship education, low adaptability to employment and entrepreneurship education content, and weak faculty in employment and entrepreneurship education.
