Research on the Linkage Mechanism of the “1+1>2” Engineering Talent Training Platform

Abstract: The engineering technology center is a professional organization dedicated to engineering technology research and innovation; key laboratories are the cornerstone of scientific research and technological innovation, The industrial technology research institute is a public technology innovation service platform, the science and technology courtyard is an innovative model of “science and technology + rural courtyard”, the academy is an integrated and comprehensive growth platform, a graduate workstation is a collaborative platform jointly created by enterprises or research institutions and university departments. This article explores the linkage mechanism of the above six platforms in talent cultivation and technological innovation, analyzes the core elements, functional relationships, and specific linkage mechanisms of these platforms. Through effective linkage, these platforms can achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, promote deep integration of industry, academia, and research, accelerate talent cultivation and technological innovation.
