Innovative Reform Plan for Student Management in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Social Work

Abstract

Abstract: Vocational colleges are important bases for cultivating technical and applied talents. Under the guidance of social work concepts, student management in vocational colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges. This article aims to explore innovative reform plans for student management in vocational colleges under the background of social work. By analyzing the problems existing in current student management work and combining professional concepts and methods of social work, practical and feasible reform strategies are proposed to improve the efficiency and level of student management in vocational colleges and promote the comprehensive development of students.
