Current Status and Countermeasures of Clinical Teachers'Teaching Ability in Medical Colleges from the Perspective of Teaching and Academic Perspectives

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of higher education, especially the rapid development of medical education, clinical teachers, as a key force in cultivating medical talents, have a direct impact on the quality of medical education and the future of medical talents due to their teaching abilities. This article is based on the perspective of teaching academia, and comprehensively analyzes the current teaching ability status of clinical teachers through literature review, questionnaire surveys, interviews, and other methods. On this basis, the article proposes a strategy for improving the teaching ability of clinical teachers based on teaching academia, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for medical colleges to enhance the teaching ability of clinical teachers.
