Abstract: :As an emerging medium, microfilms have the characteristics of being short, spreading quickly, and having strong interactivity, providing innovative tools for entrepreneurship and employment education for college students. This article explores the definition, dissemination characteristics, and advantages of microfilms in education, such as enhancing learning interest, simulating real-life scenarios, stimulating entrepreneurial enthusiasm, and cultivating practical abilities. This article proposes strategies for the application of microfilm education models,including microfilming entrepreneurial stories, simulated interviews, and role-playing, and explores the challenges and countermeasures of technology, promotion, and evaluation. Research has shown that the microfilm education model can supplement the shortcomings of traditional teaching and help students understand the complexity of entrepreneurship and employment as well as market demand.
