Abstract: In the 21st century, with the rapid development of the Internet and digital technology, new employment forms such as platform economy, sharing economy and Internet live broadcasting continue to emerge, which brings opportunities for the employment of college graduates in higher vocational colleges. This paper takes the graduates of a higher vocational college in southern Jiangsu as the research object, carries out the survey on the current situation of flexible employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges in the“Internet+”era, and further analyzes the prospect of flexible employment of graduates, so as to help the employment guidance personnel of higher vocational colleges to provide flexible employment guidance and help for college students in combination with the current situation.
