Abstract: Under the guidance of the“three all-round education”concept, innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. The“three all-round education”model emphasizes an education approach that involves full participation, full process, and comprehensive coverage, aiming for the all-around development of students. However, current innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities still faces shortcomings in the integration of theory and practice, resource coordination, and evaluation mechanisms, limiting the full realization of its educational value. This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current educational model and proposes reform paths such as strengthening practical teaching, interdisciplinary integration, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, and improving evaluation mechanisms to enhance educational outcomes and students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, fostering the cultivation of innovative and high-quality talents and promoting educational modernization and social development.
