Abstract: Environmental impact assessment (EIA) is a comprehensive discipline that demands students to master knowledge and has strong applicability. The traditional classroom teaching approach has disadvantages such as a monotonous teaching mode, insufficient practical experience for students, and an imperfect assessment and evaluation system. After the curriculum teaching reform based on the OBE-TBL-CDIO concept, the aforementioned problems can be better addressed, and excellent teaching effects can be achieved, which can enhance students'comprehensive qualities like teamwork and the ability to solve practical problems, and boost students'enthusiasm for learning.
