Abstract: In the era of digital economy, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. This paper, guided by the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, deeply explores the construction and practice of the“dual-subject, three-integration, four-stage”cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation model empowered by industrial colleges. Through the establishment of industry-university cooperative practice bases for industrial colleges, a new“dual-mentor”system for collaborative education has been innovatively implemented, and a training system has been constructed that integrates curriculum standards with professional standards, teaching processes with working processes, and full-time teachers with enterprise mentors.
