Exploration and Practice of Optimizing the “Segmented” Teaching Management and Monitoring System for Clinical Medicine Majors in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract: With the rapid development of the medical field and the increasing demand for high-quality medical professionals in society, the teaching mode of clinical medicine in traditional Chinese and Western medicine urgently needs innovation and optimization. This article is to explore the optimization strategies and practical effects of implementing a “segmented”teaching management and monitoring system in the clinical medicine major of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods such as optimizing management mechanisms, building teaching and research room alliances among universities, improving teaching supervision mechanisms, implementing phased assessments, and comprehensively promoting the“separation of teaching and examination”are adopted to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical medicine education in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
