Abstract: With the acceleration of the upgrading of China's rail transit equipment industry, high-speed, heavy-duty, intelligent, and green railway locomotives have become the future development direction. The relationship between talent supply and demand has undergone profound changes, and the“three education”reform is an urgent requirement to maintain professional core competitiveness. On the basis of systematically analyzing the influence of Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideology on the“three education”reform in vocational colleges, this article takes the railway locomotive operation and maintenance major as an example to explore the implementation path of the reform reform in the context of the digital age.
