Abstract: This paper focuses on the teaching reform of web design and production based on the cultivation of innovative ability. From the current situation and deficiency of traditional teaching, this paper analyzes the significance of innovation ability in the field of web design. This paper expounds the objectives and principles of the course teaching reform, and introduces the reform countermeasures in the content, methods and evaluation of the course teaching, such as integrating cutting-edge technology, adopting project-driven teaching, carrying out group cooperative learning and constructing diversified evaluation system. Finally, the future development trend of this course is prospected.
