Research on the Talent Training Model for the Construction of Tourism Management Majors in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

Abstract: Under the background of the new era, China's tourism industry has shown new development trends, which have put forward higher requirements for the quality of tourism practitioners. In order to cultivate new types of tourism talents that meet the needs of social development, applied undergraduate colleges have conducted in-depth research on the talent training mode for the construction of tourism management professional groups. This article elaborates on the logic of the tourism management major group in applied undergraduate colleges and explores new talent training models, including building a“one platform, dual subjects, three levels, and four connections”professional group talent training model, constructing a talent training model that integrates“three innovations”, and building a humanistic literacy training model based on local characteristics. The aim is to provide useful references for applied undergraduate colleges.
