Research on the Multi-dimensional Industry-Education Integration Innovative Talent Training System Oriented by Engineering Education Certification under the Background of Emergent Engineering

Abstract: In the context of the connotation construction of new engineering and engineering education professional accreditation, Northeast Forestry University's polymer materials and engineering major is guided by industry needs, focusing on practical skill development. Following the educational philosophy of“engineering education returning to engineering”, the program takes the integrated approach of“production, learning, and research”as a breakthrough and primary innovation strategy, exploring the construction of a multidimensional industry-education integration innovative talent training system. By deeply integrating university-enterprise collaboration and cooperative education into the talent development process, transforming universities into a platform that serves enterprises and society, the program fully leverages the teaching and research advantages of university faculty. It aims to enhance teachers'guidance on innovation and entrepreneurship in teaching, as well as their service capabilities, to significantly enhance the social adaptability and industry competitiveness of talent development. The goal is to cultivate outstanding engineering professionals with both innovative and practical abilities.
