Analysis on the Professional Development Mechanism of Young Teachers in Private Universities in the New Era

Abstract: Under the background of the new era, new requirements are put forward for college young teachers, and the development of young teachers in private colleges and universities is also facing new challenges because of its short establishment time and insufficient cultural background. Based on the current situation of young teachers'professional development and the influencing factors of their development mechanism, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the development mechanism of young teachers in private universities from three aspects: optimization of development environment, improvement of management system and quality construction, aiming at providing directional guidance for the professional development of young teachers in private universities, improving their comprehensive quality and promoting the sustainable development of private universities.
