Research on the Innovative Path of Aesthetic Education in Business Education Courses—Taking the Communication and Organizational Coordination Course as an Example

Abstract: With the rapid development of the economy, the demand for talent in modern society is no longer limited to professional skills and knowledge, but places greater emphasis on individual comprehensive qualities and innovation abilities. As an important way to cultivate students'aesthetic literacy, innovation ability, and humanistic feelings, aesthetic education plays an increasingly important role in the higher education system. The communication and organizational coordination course is one of the core courses in business education, aimed at enhancing students'communication skills, teamwork abilities, and organizational coordination skills. This integrates aesthetic education into business education through innovative teaching paths, in order to enhance students'comprehensive quality and innovation ability, cultivate their aesthetic literacy and humanistic feelings.
