Research on Innovation of Human Resource Management Teaching Reform and Talent Training

Abstract: The quality of university courses is one of the key factors affecting the quality of personnel training, but there are still a series of problems in the current teaching reform projects, such as difficulty in landing and low participation of students. Combining with the characteristics of digital teaching technology, this paper introduces project-based teaching, sand table simulation, competition clubs, and“rain class”platform to provide a new way to solve these problems, and becomes a powerful tool to promote teaching reform to break through the dilemma. At the same time, combining the successful cases of digital education reform, exploring multiple paths of digital technology-enabled teaching reform, forming a complete digital teaching reform plan, and innovating talent training mechanism are of great significance for Nanjing University of Technology to deepen teaching reform and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
