Abstract: Cultivating high-quality artificial intelligence technology talents for the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of the national economy has become an important task in the construction of artificial intelligence disciplines in universities. However, there is a problem in the current project-based image processing and artificial intelligence field where the school enterprise joint training of graduate students emphasizes theoretical practice and neglects vocational skill development. This article elaborates on the current approaches and methods of joint training between schools and enterprises for master's students majoring in image processing and artificial intelligence, as well as the problems in the employment process. It proposes a reform and innovative approach to joint training between schools and enterprises. In response to the talent needs of enterprises in the fields of image processing and artificial intelligence, with employment orientation and project support, we will deepen the corporate culture, establish a dual supervisor responsibility system between schools and enterprises, and jointly cultivate master's students in the field of image processing and artificial intelligence in the field of electronic information. Practical cases have shown that this model can cultivate professional talents that meet the needs of enterprises and play a positive role in the employment of graduate students in this field.
