Abstract: In response to the current situation and existing problems of the applied talent cultivation model in the context of“Internet + classroom”, the application-oriented talent cultivation model of“application demand-education-evaluation”is proposed. This mode is driven by application demand and its main core is the supervision of the university’s teaching processes using the“Internet +”platform, with specific proportions set for each aspect of supervision for quantitative evaluation. This mode not only leverages the supervisory role of teaching administrators but also evaluates both teachers and students. It aims to establish a platform for communication and exchange among teachers, students, teaching administrators, government relevant departments, and enterprises, forming a closed-loop feedback of“application education-application evaluation”. The goal is to provide references for the normal monitoring and quantitative assessment of teaching processes and quality.
