Abstract: As the main force of innovation at the source, it is necessary for higher education institutions to deepen the reform of the scientific research system and mechanism, build a management structure that conforms to the laws of innovation and has clear functional positioning, and improve the scientific research organization and operation management mechanism. As an important part of research management in universities, the vitality of research management in secondary colleges should be fully unleashed.
