Optimization Path of Vocational Employment Guidance Education and Teaching Activities from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of vocational employment guidance education and teaching activities, this paper discusses the optimization path of vocational employment guidance education and teaching activities from the perspective of industry education integration. The problems in the current stage of vocational employment guidance education include insufficient emphasis on employment guidance courses, incomplete structure of employment guidance courses, lack of overall planning for employment guidance education, and a relatively lack of resources for employment guidance teachers. In response to the existing problems, strategies are proposed: increasing the importance of employment guidance courses, enhancing the pertinence of employment guidance courses, emphasizing the practicality of employment guidance activities, forming a“dual teacher”teaching team, and improving the teaching plan for employment guidance.
