Abstract: Teaching staff is the key element in improving teaching effectiveness, and the construction of teaching staff in professional groups is an important direction and key foundation to improve teaching quality and level. This paper studies the path of the construction of the teaching staff of the professional group under the framework of the integration of industry and education by actively adopting the method of combining theory with practice, and combs objectively the predicament of the construction of the teaching staff of the professional group in the light of the development background of the current higher vocational education, to explore the innovative path of the construction of the teaching staff, to scientifically coordinate the cooperative relationship between enterprises and higher vocational colleges under the framework of the integration of industry and education, to adjust the teacher structure, and to extract the experience of the construction of the teaching staff of the professional group, we have achieved remarkable results in the construction of the teaching staff of professional groups, so as to provide reference for future work.
