Research on the Development Path of Medical Professional Teachers'Practical Teaching Ability in the New Medical Field of Vision

Abstract: With the development of the medical field, it is very important to train the practical teaching ability of medical teachers. The purpose of this article is to analyze the development background of medical education models in the perspective of new medical disciplines, analyze the foundation of establishing a new model of “medical education industry research collaboration” , explore the requirements of medical education models for teachers'practical teaching abilities, and propose optimization strategies for medical professional teachers'practical teaching abilities: changing teaching concepts, improving medical and teaching cognitive levels; Enrich knowledge reserves, enhance learning and practical teaching abilities; Make good use of various platforms to enhance communication and teamwork skills; Enhance professional identity, enhance innovation and reflection abilities.
