Research on Talent Training of Intelligent Construction Professionals in Private Colleges and Universities in the Digital Era

Abstract: In the context of the digital era, the traditional construction industry is facing transformation and upgrading. The organic integration of computer technology, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other technologies with traditional construction industry is driving the vigorous development of intelligent construction. As one of the important parts of in China's higher education system, it is particularly important and urgent for private universities to cultivate intelligent construction professionals who meet the needs of industry upgrading. This article analyzes the demand for intelligent construction professionals in response to social development, points out the problems in talent cultivation in private universities, and explores talent cultivation mechanisms from the perspectives of curriculum development, faculty construction, school-enterprise cooperation, and collaborative education. It aims to provide ideas for the cultivation of intelligent construction professionals in higher education institutions.
