Abstract: In order to further implement and promote the strategy of strengthening the city with intellectual property talents in Chongqing. For Chongqing vocational colleges, they can give full play to the flexible advantages of practical courses and training models, and cultivate more patent agents and professional and technical talents with strong practicability, high pass rate, and enterprise preference. Through continuous optimization of teaching and training programs and practices section, we will further enrich the collaborative training model for science and engineering students in vocational colleges to cultivate intellectual property operation talents.
