Abstract: This paper aims to explore ways to improve college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of“Internet +”. Although the college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education has achieved certain results in recent years, the improvement of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is still affected by many factors. For example, backward ideas lead to lack of top-level design, lack of experience due to lack of educational practice platform, lack of financial support leads to lack of professional teachers, etc. Based on this, this paper puts forward the path of improve college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of“Internet +”. Such as changing the education concept to strengthen the top-level design, emphasizing the needs of the industry to build a practice platform, increase investment to strengthen the construction of teachers, etc.
