Case Study on the Construction of Entrepreneurship Education Teaching Staff in American Universities—Taking Babson College, Stanford University, and Harvard University in the United States as Examples

Abstract: The construction of entrepreneurship education teaching staff is a key factor affecting the development of entrepreneurship education. As the birthplace of global entrepreneurship education, American universities have accumulated rich experience, especially in the construction of teaching staff, which is worth learning from in China. Three universities with different modes of entrepreneurship education, namely Babson College, Stanford University and Harvard University, have achieved remarkable results in the development of entrepreneurship education and are representatives of entrepreneurship education in American universities. Based on the theory of teacher professional development, this study investigates the experience and practices of three American universities in the recruitment, training, and incentive safeguard of entrepreneurship teachers, the beneficial experience of analyzing the construction of entrepreneurship education faculty in American universities is demanding recruitment.
