Abstract: Given the context of the national“dual carbon”initiative, the cultivation of green and low-carbon innovation and entrepreneurship talents is of great importance for China's high-quality and sustainable development. Therefore, the concept of green and low-carbon needs to be integrated into various aspects and levels of education. This paper proposes a three-dimensional green and low-carbon innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system, based on the current situation and examples in universities.“Teach”green and low-carbon subject knowledge to lay a solid foundation for students. Through innovation and entrepreneurship competition, it provides“training”practice opportunities and tests the knowledge system. The“evaluation” aspect plays a crucial role in reflecting the characteristics of this system in terms of green and low-carbon aspects. This system can cultivate talents with a solid foundation and strong practical innovation abilities in the field of green and low-carbon innovation and entrepreneurship. It meets the needs of national development and provides strong support for sustainable economic development.
