Strategies for Constructing Evaluation Standards for Foreign Language Talents in Collaborative Education between Schools and Enterprises

Abstract: Collaborative education between schools and enterprises refers to a way of educating high-quality talents who adapt to market demand through close cooperation between schools and enterprises. The important challenge faced in collaborative education between schools and enterprises is how to evaluate the comprehensive abilities of talents. The purpose of this paper is to explore the strategies for constructing evaluation criteria for foreign language talents under the collaborative education model between schools and enterprises. By using theoretical research, qualitative research, and empirical research methods, a systematic theoretical foundation and practical data are obtained. Combined with the actual needs of school enterprise cooperation, a comprehensive, adaptable, and operable evaluation index and execution system are constructed to better cultivate foreign language talents that meet the needs of society.
