Abstract: The innovation of employment guidance and service mode is an important measure to improve the quality of employment guidance and service in medical colleges and universities. It is also the main way to improve the ability of career planning and the success rate of employment of medical college students, and it has a far-reaching impact on the realization of teaching management objectives of medical colleges and the promotion of sustainable development of medical industry. This paper briefly introduces the importance of the reform and innovation of employment guidance and service mode in medical colleges. Based on the actual situation of employment guidance and service at this stage, some new suggestions and measures are put forward to expand its positive influence on improving the employment rate of medical college graduates.
