Research on the Talent Cultivation of Finance Business Partnering in Chinese Universities

Abstract

Abstract: With the development of economy, enterprises began to pay attention to Finance Business Partnering ability of accountants. It also brings new ideas and challenges to accounting talent training that has become an increasingly important problem in universities. Based on analyzing problems in the current training mode of universities and talent capabilities required from Finance Business Partnering, this paper provide recommendation of universities talent training mode in China.
