Abstract: The career planning education of college students is characterized by autonomy. Driven by their subjective initiative, students participate in individual career planning independently. In the process of career planning, students tend to combine their interests to determine career orientation. After determining career orientation, their actions in the process of achieving a series of goals are often restricted and driven by interest factors. The teaching of career planning for college students should be closely combined with the interest factor, and the teaching reform should be considered from the five aspects of curriculum system, teaching objective, teaching content, teaching method and teaching evaluation, so as to improve the teaching quality of career planning, guide students to cultivate interest with positive effectiveness, and give full play to the positive driving effect of interest on career planning.
