Abstract: “Internet +”is a combination of the internet and other industries based on internet information technology, and“internet + education”is a modern way to improve the quality of college curriculum teaching. Food quality management is a major backbone course for undergraduate majors in food quality and safety, with complex content that cannot be effectively teached through existing teaching methods. This article explores the application of the intelligent teaching tool“rain classroom”to carry out the curriculum reform of food quality management. In terms of course resource construction, teaching content setting, teaching activity arrangement, and teaching link optimization,“rain classroom”helps to efficiently carry out teaching activities in food quality management.
