Research on Formative Evaluation of Application-Oriented University—Take the Interdisciplinary General Studies Courses of Jingzhong College of Information as an Example

Abstract: Teaching practice and teaching effect evaluation go hand in hand, and evaluation is becoming a new driving force of educational reform. This paper takes interdisciplinary courses as an example, take the practice of teaching reform as the guide, analyzes and appraises the formative assessment system, implementation strategy and operation effect of the Prospect College of Jinzhong Information College. It is found formative assessment has important influence on students'learning potential, learning outcome and future growth. It can provide a useful reference for enriching the dimensions of educational evaluation and the improving quality of personnel training.
