Abstract: The practice of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship projects is an important way to cultivate high-quality talents and promote economic transformation and upgrading. By analyzing the practical situation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects of students in Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities, this project studies the current situation, existing problems and countermeasures of the practice of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and provides new ideas and plans for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education. It provides beneficial inspiration and guidance for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship. The project found that mass entrepreneurship and innovation have problems such as high technical content, difficult to promote technological achievements, fierce competition, large capital demand, insufficient policy support and imperfect intellectual property protection. In response to these problems, we put forward countermeasures such as improving the market analysis ability of medical students, strengthening cooperation with the industry, encouraging diversified financing, and exploring the mechanism of intellectual property protection. These countermeasures play a positive role in promoting the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship projects for medical students.
