Research on the Teaching Reform Path of Career Development and Employment Entrepreneurship Guidance for College Students

Abstract

Abstract: The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a comprehensive deployment of the employment priority strategy, pointing out new directions and requirements for the career development and employment and entrepreneurship guidance of local university students. Therefore, local universities should fully recognize the importance of teaching reform, deeply analyze the prominent problems that arise in the classroom teaching of college students'career development, employment and entrepreneurship guidance under the new situation, and carry out targeted reforms from enriching course teaching content, promoting teaching method reform, improving teaching assessment methods, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, effectively improving teaching quality, and assisting in promoting the employment priority strategy.
