Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: Deepening the reform of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges and improving the quality of talent cultivation are important measures to promote high-quality employment and entrepreneurship for graduates. Aiming at the main problems existing in entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges, this article introduces the experience, skills, and related supporting resources of the venture capital and industry sectors in selecting, incubating, and cultivating entrepreneurship and innovation projects or teams, creates a core teaching team that integrates“campus industry venture capital”, and constructs a four-step progressive CCCP talent cultivation model for entrepreneurship and innovation. Good results have been achieved in practice, which can provide reference for other schools.
