Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Adaptive Talents for Energy-Saving Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Energy conservation is the only way to realize the green transformation and upgrading of the industry and low-carbon development. How to cultivate energy-saving talents to adapt to social development is a major challenge for higher vocational education. Guangdong Polytechnic of Environmental Protection Engineering, as one of the first vocational colleges to set up energy conservation specialty groups in the country, after nearly 10 years of research and practice, it has explored the talent training mode of“standard accommodation, collaborative innovation, classification and segmentation”, which has effectively solved the difficult issues in the construction of energy conservation specialty, and has certain reference value for the construction of energy conservation and low-carbon specialty in vocational colleges.
