Cultivation Strategy of College Students' Innovation Ability Based on Knowledge Sharing

Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, the flow, sharing and transformation of knowledge are used as intermediaries to make full use of intellectual capital and improve students' innovation ability with high-quality knowledge services. Based on this, this article from the relationship between college students' knowledge sharing and innovation ability as the breakthrough point of the research, aims to explore the innovative talent training based on the knowledge sharing model, through the analysis of the status quo of current college students' innovative ability and the existing problems, and starting from the perspective of knowledge sharing, and puts forward related suggestions to cultivate college students' innovative ability.
