The Research and Exploration of Mixed Teaching of Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Marketing Course under the Background of First-Class Curriculum Construction

Abstract: Fruit and vegetable storage, and marketing is one of the core courses of food science and engineering, which plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents of food science. This article is based on the construction of the first-class undergraduate course fruit and vegetable storage and marketing at Xinjiang Agricultural University. It analyzes the advantages of using the super star "Nongdayun" online teaching platform to assist offline interactive teaching, introduces classroom flipping, explores the operation mode of combining scientific research cases for online and offline mixed teaching, and integrates course ideology and politics into the mixed teaching process. Provide guidance for cultivating innovative and versatile talents.
