Abstract: In recent years, the state has advocated“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”to stimulate employment through innovation and entrepreneurship, ease employment pressure and increase the employment rate. However, the current training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges is still faced with some problems. There is a contradiction of“supply and demand dislocation”between talent training and enterprise talent demand, and the integration of production and education is an effective way to promote the deep integration of vocational colleges and industries and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding strategies from three aspects: the main responsibility of the school, the main body of the enterprise and the main role of the student, so as to provide reference for the construction of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education.
