Construction of a Biomedical Comprehensive Experimental System under the Background of Specialization and Innovation Integration

Abstract: Based on the concept of specialized innovation fusion and scientific research achievements, the teaching content of comprehensive experiment of biomedicine was designed in this paper. Single-chain antibody coding genes were searched and analyzed by bioinformatics, and the prokaryotic expression vector of single chain antibody-alkaline phosphatase fusion protein was constructed by genetic engineering operation and introduced into E. coli. After mass fermentation, it was used to develop rapid immunological detection methods. The comprehensive experiment connects the knowledge of different professional courses to build a good systematic professional knowledge system, forming a distinctive and cutting-edge comprehensive experimental teaching system. This enhances students' comprehensive ability to discover, propose, and solve scientific problems, and plays an important role in improving the quality of undergraduate and graduate education.
