Abstract: The course of economics and management should not only pay attention to the training of students' thinking mode, innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness, but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' ethics and cultural connotation. With knowledge, creative enlightenment, value guidance to build the trinity management discipline curriculum education reform, not only can avoid "tool type talent" and "benefit oriented talents", also can inspire the potential of students' innovative and entrepreneurial enthusiasm, guides the student to the pursuit of life value, the common development of the enterprise value and social value.
