Research and Practice of Practical Studio Mode Based on OBE Education Concept for Product Design Major

Abstract: This article is based on the OBE's education idea, the product design major in colleges and universities of actual combat type studio, guide line, organizing students to undertake enterprises real design task, studio in corporate operation, let the students to be familiar with the process of design, improve the students learning enthusiasm and initiative of professional knowledge and professional skills, to participate in the design work of the enterprise, so as to enhance their practice ability and innovation ability. Based on the research of the practical studio of product design specialty based on the OBE education concept in college of science and technology of north China electric power university, this paper explores a training mode and method of applied talents suitable for product design specialty.
