Abstract: At present, the cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability has become the focus of college education. Under the severe employment situation, carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students can effectively encourage students to start their own businesses and obtain reasonable employment, enhance their overall quality, encourage college students to continuously improve their sense of competition, and also stimulate college students' innovative spirit. This article analyzes the practice of cultivating college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability, summarizes the main problems in the current cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and formulates scientific and efficient countermeasures to provide an important reference for the cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.
