Abstract: Since the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local application-oriented universities, great achievements have been made in the aspects of the degree of attention, the variety of models and the support of management system, however, there are still some problems such as the unclear concept and goal of innovative and pioneering education, the lack of systematic construction of curriculum and the lack of systematicness. To solve these problems, we need to change the concept of development, perfect the curriculum system, and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, increase the practice platform and improve the university, government, society, industry coordination of the security system in five areas.
