Improvement in Preventive Medicine——Guided by Basic Public Health Service Skills

Abstract: Objective To improve the basic public health ability of clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges for grass-roots employment through the improvement of practical teaching contents and teaching methods. Methods Design the teaching contents and links according to the needs analysis. After the practice teaching is carried out, the final evaluation basis is classroom attendance, practical achievement and student evaluation. Results Modules "food and nutrition "," medical statistics" and "occupational safety protection" were designed. After improving the teaching implementation link and teaching content and teaching method according to clinical practice, the students' practical achievement, learning initiative, learning interest, knowledge application and practical teaching satisfaction were improved. Conclusion The practical teaching of preventive medicine guided by basic public health service makes students combine boring theory with practice, improve the practical effect, and lay the foundation for the future work of grass-roots public health service.
